Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to recover overdue payments from clients in assigned regions.
- Negotiate and establish feasible payment plans tailored to clients' financial situations.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and client interactions.
- Recommend corrective actions for persistent delinquencies to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during collections.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with clients to foster trust and cooperation.
- Provide regular updates and reports on collection progress to supervisors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client disputes or payment obstacles.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections, customer service, or related fields.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using collection software or CRM tools is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in finance or business is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned regions.
- Empathy and patience in handling sensitive financial discussions.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and ethical collection practices.
