Responsibility
- Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve branch sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
- Oversee customer service standards, resolving escalated issues and ensuring a seamless banking experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, farmers, and community leaders to drive agribusiness lending and deposits.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze branch metrics, and implement corrective actions to optimize profitability.
- Train, mentor, and motivate branch staff to deliver high-performance results and uphold the bank’s values.
- Ensure adherence to risk management, anti-money laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols.
- Collaborate with regional management to align branch activities with corporate objectives and market trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, or equivalent).
- Proven track record in sales, customer service, and team leadership within the financial sector.
- Strong knowledge of rural/agribusiness banking, credit analysis, and retail banking products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills in English and Indonesian.
- Familiarity with banking software, CRM systems, and digital banking platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (preference for candidates already based in Bali or nearby regions).
