Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for professional growth and impactful contributions to the financial services sector.
Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to clients with overdue payments to facilitate recovery.
- Negotiate and establish realistic payment plans tailored to clients' financial situations.
- Assess client creditworthiness and recommend corrective actions to minimize future delinquencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities in the company’s database.
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to ethical collection practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases and ensure timely resolutions.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on collection activities, outcomes, and challenges.
- Stay informed about regulatory compliance and company policies related to debt recovery.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with collection software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions in Bali.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field is advantageous.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a bonus.
