Responsibility

  • Design and customize corporate training programs tailored to the specific needs of clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Lead a team of sales and training professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training programs with market demands and industry trends.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, partnership success, and training outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Represent Hustle Institute at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate training, or partnership development, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of corporate learning and development trends, with a track record of designing impactful training programs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for business growth.
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
