Responsibility
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive corporate training sales and partnerships in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers in SMEs and MNCs to promote Hustle Institute’s training solutions.
- Design and customize corporate training programs tailored to the specific needs of clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Lead a team of sales and training professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training programs with market demands and industry trends.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, partnership success, and training outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
- Represent Hustle Institute at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate training, or partnership development, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of corporate learning and development trends, with a track record of designing impactful training programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for business growth.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
