Responsibility

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive corporate client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure alignment and execution of business development goals.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development activities, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing corporate clients, with a focus on revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans.
