Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, maintaining robust internal controls.
- Monitor compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate filings.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior financial role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
