Responsibility
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all designated areas, including dining spaces, kitchens, and restrooms.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service hours.
- Support the service team by ensuring timely replenishment of supplies such as cutlery, glassware, and linens.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.
- Assist in basic food preparation and plating under the guidance of kitchen staff when required.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift items for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Fluency in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
