Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including consolidation of financial statements for the agribusiness division.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis to support strategic decision-making for agricultural projects.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with local and national financial regulations.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Optimize cost structures and financial processes to enhance profitability in the agribusiness sector.
- Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; a Master’s degree or CPA/CMA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (preferably in agribusiness, manufacturing, or FMCG).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
- Experience managing audits, compliance, and risk assessment in a corporate environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to liaise with international stakeholders is advantageous.
- Proven track record of team leadership, process improvement, and strategic financial planning.
