Responsibility

  • Develop and execute innovative, seasonal menus that align with our premium beachfront dining concept.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Oversee inventory management, supplier relations, and cost control to maintain profitability.
  • Collaborate with the F&B team to create cohesive dining experiences, including special events and themed nights.
  • Train and develop staff to uphold high culinary standards and service excellence.
  • Monitor industry trends and incorporate sustainable, locally sourced ingredients into the menu.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume, premium restaurant or resort.
  • Proven expertise in menu development, cost management, and kitchen operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of training and motivating culinary teams.
  • Deep knowledge of international cuisines, with a passion for fusion and innovative dining concepts.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Certification in culinary arts or hospitality management from a recognized institution.
