As the Head Butler, you will oversee a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring seamless, personalized service for discerning guests. Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of butlers and guest service staff to deliver 5-star service in luxury villas.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for guest interactions, housekeeping, and villa operations.
- Oversee pre-arrival preparations, including personalized guest preferences, special requests, and villa readiness.
- Ensure flawless execution of check-in/check-out processes, in-villa dining, and concierge services.
- Maintain inventory control for high-end amenities, linens, and villa supplies, coordinating with procurement teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, anticipating needs and resolving issues discreetly.
- Collaborate with maintenance and security teams to ensure villa safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
- Conduct regular training on service excellence, cultural sensitivity, and luxury hospitality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (e.g., Butler, Guest Services Manager).
- Proven track record in high-end villa, resort, or private estate management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Baliās luxury tourism market and cultural nuances.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet guest needs.
- Certification in hospitality management, butler training, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Tech-savvy with experience using PMS (Property Management Systems) or guest service software.
