Responsibility
- Craft premium, signature cocktails with consistency, speed, and artistic flair.
- Engage warmly with high-profile international guests to deliver an exceptional VIP experience.
- Manage bar inventory, stock rotation, and minimize beverage wastage.
- Maintain pristine cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across all bar stations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team for seasonal ingredient sourcing and flavor pairings.
- Train, mentor, and inspire junior bar staff on advanced mixology techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of mixology experience in high-volume, luxury venues or 5-star resorts.
- Excellent command of spoken English; fluency in other languages is highly regarded.
- Deep knowledge of premium spirits, classic cocktail recipes, wines, and craft beers.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and storytelling skills behind the bar.
- Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including weekends, public holidays, and late nights.
- Professional certification in bartending or hospitality management is preferred.
