Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and schedule the bar team to ensure consistent high-quality service.
- Develop and execute an innovative signature cocktail menu that aligns with the venue's brand.
- Maintain strict inventory management, cost control, and stock ordering procedures.
- Ensure all bar operations comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Provide exceptional guest service by recommending drinks and engaging with patrons professionally.
- Oversee the preparation of garnishes, syrups, and pre-batched components for efficient service.
- Collaborate with management to drive bar revenue and create promotional events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume bar or cocktail lounge environment.
- Proven leadership experience in managing a team of bartenders.
- Extensive knowledge of classic mixology, spirit profiles, and modern craft cocktail trends.
- Strong understanding of P&L, inventory control, and beverage cost management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse guests.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- Relevant certification in food and beverage hygiene or hospitality management is preferred.
