Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hatchery equipment, including incubators, ventilators, and egg handling systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure all machinery is operating efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with the hatchery team to ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the installation and calibration of new equipment as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and hatchery staff on equipment operation and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
- Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in a hatchery, poultry, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in hatchery maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
