Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Hajj and Umrah travel packages to individuals and groups in assigned Bali regions.
- Provide personalized consultations to clients, explaining package details, pricing, and itineraries with clarity and professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mosques, Islamic communities, and travel agencies to expand client networks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking processes, visa applications, and travel documentation for clients.
- Conduct informative seminars and presentations to educate potential clients about Hajj rituals, travel logistics, and company services.
- Monitor sales performance, track targets, and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high satisfaction and trust in the company’s services.
- Stay updated on Hajj regulations, travel policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and compliant advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or travel industry (preferably in Hajj/Umrah services).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse clients.
- Deep understanding of Islamic principles, Hajj rituals, and travel requirements (preferred).
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic) are a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic digital marketing (social media, email campaigns).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays during peak seasons.
