Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess clients’ hair and scalp conditions and recommend tailored solutions.
- Educate clients on product benefits, usage, and aftercare to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling techniques.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and treatment innovations through continuous training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment in alignment with brand standards.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the team to promote in-store events, campaigns, and loyalty programs.
- Document client progress and feedback to refine service offerings and improve outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (beauty/wellness industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of hair and scalp care (training provided for the right candidate).
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
