Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the guest services team to ensure efficient and courteous service delivery, including check-in/check-out, concierge, and front desk operations.
- Oversee daily duty management, including staff scheduling, task delegation, and performance monitoring to meet operational targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams to coordinate seamless guest experiences and address operational challenges.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction across all resort properties.
- Implement and enforce resort policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure compliance and guest security.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate guest services staff to foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports on guest feedback, occupancy rates, and operational metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in guest services, front office, or hospitality management, preferably in a luxury or eco-resort setting.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving guest and operational issues.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of sustainable hospitality practices and a commitment to eco-friendly operations.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as required by resort operations.
- Bachelorās degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
