Responsibility
- Manage the daily operations of the Grab&Go breakfast station, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction.
- Greet guests warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their stay.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation of the breakfast area, adhering to brand standards and hygiene protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely replenishment of food and beverages.
- Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain our reputation for excellence.
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures, including luggage handling and concierge services, as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (housekeeping, front desk, F&B) to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Upsell additional services, such as spa treatments or local tours, to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably in a guest-facing role (e.g., front desk, F&B, or concierge).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude in handling guest requests and operational challenges.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the role.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., property management systems, Microsoft Office) for administrative tasks.
- Certification in hospitality (e.g., AHLEI, ServSafe) or relevant training is a plus.
