Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
- Coordinate and manage guest activities, excursions, and onboard events to enhance their cruise experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to guest services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
