Responsibility
- Provide warm, personalized greetings and farewells to Pacific Club guests, ensuring a memorable first and last impression.
- Manage lounge access, verify guest eligibility, and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Anticipate and fulfill guest requests, from dining reservations to local recommendations, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance within the lounge, including food and beverage service areas.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and high-quality food and beverage service during lounge operating hours.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests with diplomacy, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Upsell Pacific Club memberships and hotel amenities by highlighting benefits and tailoring offers to guest preferences.
- Stay updated on hotel promotions, local events, and cultural attractions to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in guest services, concierge, or front office roles within luxury hotels or resorts.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with diverse guests.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Impeccable grooming and a polished, professional demeanor aligned with Pan Pacificâs brand standards.
- Knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
