Responsibility
- Warmly welcome and register guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in/check-out process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, providing personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and address any service issues with professionalism, empathy, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate closely with the concierge, housekeeping, and front office teams to ensure room readiness and special requests are fulfilled.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and stay preferences to enhance future guest experiences.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and digital guest communications with courtesy and attention to detail.
- Uphold the hotel's luxury standards and grooming policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma in Hospitality Management, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel or high-end service environment.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in a second language is highly advantageous to cater to international guests.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in Hotel Management Systems (e.g., Opera) or similar front-office software is preferred.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
