As a Guest Relations Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and requests efficiently, providing accurate information about services, events, and promotions.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery, from seating arrangements to special requests.
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, collaborations, and VIP experiences at the venue.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area in alignment with brand standards.
- Provide recommendations on local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance guest experiences.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar guest-facing role.
- Fluent in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, composed attitude under pressure.
- Familiarity with POS systems, reservation software, or basic CRM tools is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic bar/restaurant environment.
- Passion for Bali’s culture, tourism, and nightlife scene.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a bonus.
