Responsibility
- Serve as the first point of contact for property owners, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate and manage property viewings, inspections, and appointments for potential buyers or tenants.
- Maintain and update property listings with accurate, compelling descriptions, high-quality images, and relevant details.
- Liaise between property owners, real estate agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance owner engagement and retention through personalized communication.
- Assist in organizing property-related events, open houses, or client meetings as required.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide insights for improving service offerings.
- Prepare reports on owner interactions, feedback, and listing performance for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, real estate, or a related customer-facing role.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients, including international property owners.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with property management systems, CRM tools, or real estate software is advantageous.
- Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented with a client-first mindset.
- Knowledge of Bali’s real estate market and luxury property trends is a strong asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
