Responsibility
- Record and update all transactions related to unit receipts, status changes, and releases in the PE4 Manufacturing system.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness in real-time to support operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to verify and validate unit release documentation.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in unit tracking and inventory records.
- Generate reports on unit processing activities for management review.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive manufacturing data.
- Assist in system audits and compliance checks to uphold data integrity standards.
- Provide support for system upgrades and process improvements as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data processing, inventory management, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in manufacturing or ERP systems (e.g., PE4 Manufacturing system).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with data entry best practices and quality control measures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
