Responsibility
- Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and correspondence.
- Support financial operations by processing invoices, tracking expenses, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow efficiency.
- Help optimize operational processes to improve productivity and reduce inefficiencies.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis to support decision-making.
- Manage scheduling, meetings, and logistics for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in vendor and client communications, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by the operations team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and administrative best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Prior internship or work experience in administration, operations, or a similar role is a plus.
