Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome upon arrival.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with efficiency and a solution-oriented approach.
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill special requests and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities to enrich the guest experience.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing and executing guest events, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to service standards as needed.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, or a related customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using hospitality management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
