Responsibility

  • Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests, offering assistance with luggage and directions as needed.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary materials and information are readily available.
  • Assist in managing reservations and updating guest records in the property management system.
  • Promote hotel services and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or guest relations role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
