Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new credit products and features.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Synthesize customer feedback and business performance metrics to inform and optimize the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure seamless product launches and campaign alignment.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-departmental workshops to align internal teams on growth objectives and tactical execution.
- Provide actionable recommendations to leadership regarding market positioning and expansion priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or product strategy within fintech or banking.
- Proven track record of managing GTM projects from concept through to successful execution.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Excel).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the credit ecosystem and financial regulatory landscape in Singapore.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth startup environment with shifting priorities.
