Based in the vibrant communities of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.), youâll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user behavior, optimize conversion funnels, and measure the impact of marketing campaigns. Responsibility
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs related to user growth, retention, and monetization.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behavior, funnel performance, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to identify growth opportunities and A/B test hypotheses.
- Build and optimize SQL queries and data pipelines to extract and transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Monitor and analyze customer acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and ROI for marketing initiatives.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability of data-driven decision-making.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear, data-backed storytelling.
- Stay updated on industry trends in fintech, growth analytics, and data science to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Growth Analytics, or Product Analytics, preferably in fintech or a high-growth startup.
- Advanced SQL skills (complex queries, window functions, CTEs) and experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, BigQuery).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and spreadsheet analysis (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy).
- Strong understanding of statistical methods (regression, cohort analysis, hypothesis testing).
- Familiarity with growth marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, retention) and experimentation frameworks (A/B testing).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate data into business impact.
