Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing end-to-end travel arrangements for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and group bookings, ensuring seamless execution from planning to post-event follow-up.
- Develop and present customized travel proposals, including itineraries, budgets, and logistics, tailored to client needs and business objectives.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and local vendors to secure competitive rates and ensure high-quality service delivery for group travel.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers to optimize cost efficiency while maintaining service excellence.
- Oversee on-site event logistics, including room blocks, transportation, AV equipment, and catering, to ensure flawless execution of corporate events and group travel.
- Monitor and track bookings, payments, and traveler preferences using FCMâs travel management systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the travel experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and deliver integrated travel solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, destination-specific regulations, and travel technology advancements to provide innovative and compliant travel solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate travel, MICE, or group travel management, with a proven track record of successfully handling large-scale bookings and events.
- Strong knowledge of Bali and Indonesiaâs hospitality and travel industry, including key destinations such as Canggu, Ubud, Nusa Dua, and Kuta.
- Exceptional negotiation and vendor management skills, with the ability to secure competitive rates and build long-term partnerships.
- Proficiency in travel management software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet and resolve travel-related issues efficiently and professionally.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, or other regional languages) are a plus.
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
