Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare and assemble food orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality.
- Operate kitchen equipment and follow food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow during peak hours and events.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down service areas, including tables, utensils, and dining spaces.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage POS systems accurately.
- Participate in inventory management, including stocking supplies and reporting shortages.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by supporting colleagues and adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality, food service, or kitchen operations is a plus, but not required—we provide training!
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a bonus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices (training provided).
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (for foreign applicants).
