Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a personalized and proactive approach, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute seamless pre-opening operations, including training, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Maintain a deep understanding of hotel amenities, local attractions, and cultural nuances to provide tailored recommendations to guests.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and operational efficiency in your assigned department.
- Assist in organizing and executing special events, promotions, or VIP experiences to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the hotel’s values of hospitality, integrity, and innovation in all interactions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggesting process enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the hotel remains a leader in luxury hospitality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (luxury hotels/resorts preferred).
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with diverse guests.
- Proven track record of problem-solving and handling high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as required.
- Passion for service excellence and a guest-first mindset.
- Familiarity with PMS (Property Management Systems) and other hospitality software is advantageous.
- Legal eligibility to work in Indonesia (work permits will be supported for exceptional candidates).
