Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive category marketing strategies to drive brand growth and market penetration.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and supply chain teams to optimize portfolio performance and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and ROI of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage budget allocation for category-specific activities, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximum impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and partners to support business goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences to innovate and adapt marketing strategies proactively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in category management, brand marketing, or strategic marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail, or service industries.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Nielsen, or similar.
- Excellent leadership and project management abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes in Indonesia.
