Join Indah Logistik as a B2B Marketing & Logistics Specialist and play a pivotal role in expanding our client base across Bali’s thriving business landscape. This dynamic position combines sales, relationship management, and logistics solutions to drive growth in the competitive B2B market.

As a key member of our team, you will identify and engage potential clients, tailor logistics solutions to their needs, and foster long-term partnerships. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of delivering efficient, reliable, and cost-effective shipping services while strengthening our market presence in Bali’s most strategic business hubs.

This is a contract-based opportunity offering a competitive salary (IDR 2.7M–3.9M/month) and the chance to grow within a fast-paced, results-driven environment. If you’re a self-starter with a passion for sales and logistics, we want to hear from you!

Responsibility

  • Identify and prospect new B2B clients in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) through cold calling, networking, and field canvassing.
  • Develop and present tailored logistics solutions to meet client shipping, warehousing, and distribution needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to design competitive pricing and service packages for potential clients.
  • Track sales performance, report on KPIs, and adjust strategies to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to refine outreach approaches.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
  • Represent Indah Logistik at industry events, trade shows, and local business forums.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in logistics or shipping.
  • Proven track record of client acquisition and relationship management in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and local market dynamics is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with field canvassing and cold outreach.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and propose cost-effective logistics solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and sales reporting.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and work flexible hours as needed.
