Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth for the self-testing category.
- Lead product launches, including market research, positioning, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, and supply chain) to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure ROI and business objectives are met.
- Build and maintain relationships with key retailers, distributors, and influencers in the Australian market.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and report on category performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, category management, or product marketing, preferably in health/wellness or FMCG.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in competitive markets.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and market research techniques.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with global teams.
- Knowledge of the Australian retail landscape and regulatory environment is advantageous.
