Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, engagement) to refine campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and videographers to produce visually compelling and on-brand content.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.
- Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive brand image.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
- Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.), and SEO/SEM principles.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and A/B testing.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
