Responsibility
- Design and prepare digital files for printing using CorelDRAW and Photoshop, ensuring accuracy and high-quality output.
- Operate and maintain photocopy machines, printers, and other printing equipment to produce client orders efficiently.
- Perform finishing tasks such as cutting, binding, laminating, and assembling soft/hardcover books and documents.
- Assist customers with design consultations, providing expert recommendations on materials, layouts, and printing techniques.
- Handle cashier duties, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing daily sales records.
- Monitor inventory of printing supplies (paper, ink, binding materials) and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Ensure all finished products meet quality standards before delivery to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete orders within tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing work in print media.
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and other design software; familiarity with printing software is a plus.
- Hands-on experience operating photocopy machines, printers, and finishing equipment (e.g., cutters, binders).
- Basic knowledge of cashier operations, including POS systems and financial transactions.
- Keen eye for detail and ability to spot errors in designs or print outputs.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian to liaise with clients and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks under pressure.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (printing, design, or retail).
