Responsibility
- Develop and execute brand-aligned visual concepts for digital and print media, including social media, websites, brochures, and presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Create high-impact designs (e.g., infographics, banners, logos) that enhance user engagement and conversion.
- Stay ahead of design trends and industry best practices to innovate and refine our visual identity.
- Manage multiple projects from concept to delivery, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
- Optimize graphics for SEO and accessibility, ensuring fast load times and inclusive design principles.
- Present design mockups and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
- Maintain and organize digital asset libraries for efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in branding or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma/Sketch.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative problem-solving and a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Experience with UI/UX principles and motion graphics is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale and collaborate effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices for visual content (e.g., alt text, file optimization).
