Responsibility
- Create visually stunning graphics for digital and print media, including social media, advertisements, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design concepts that align with brand guidelines.
- Produce high-quality designs from concept to final execution, ensuring consistency and creativity.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
- Optimize graphics for various platforms, ensuring compatibility and performance.
- Mentor junior designers (for senior roles) and contribute to team growth and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years for junior, 5+ years for senior) in graphic design, with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to adapt to feedback and refine designs based on project requirements.
- Experience with motion graphics or UI/UX design is a plus.
- Passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail.
