Responsibility
- Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs for residential projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and local regulations.
- Create 3D renderings, floor plans, and construction drawings using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to refine designs and ensure feasibility.
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for new projects, considering environmental and cultural factors.
- Prepare presentation materials (mood boards, visualizations) for client approvals.
- Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of design documentation.
- Provide technical guidance to junior designers and draftsmen as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field; licensed architect is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in residential architectural design, preferably with a focus on landed houses or luxury properties.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong portfolio showcasing residential design projects with a modern or contemporary aesthetic.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with Singapore and Southeast Asian building codes is advantageous.
