Responsibility
- Design and produce high-quality visual content for social media, digital campaigns, and marketing collateral.
- Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including content calendars, ad campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize performance and ROI.
- Create and edit video content, graphics, and animations for digital campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design and social media marketing.
- Assist in brainstorming and implementing creative ideas for campaigns and brand initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Specialist (or similar role) with a strong portfolio showcasing design and social media work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (Canva, Figma, etc.).
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.) and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut) is a plus.
