Responsibility
- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies that align with brand goals and target audiences.
- Design visually appealing graphics, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and digital ads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and impactful brand campaigns.
- Manage and update company websites and digital platforms to ensure consistent branding and user experience.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform design and marketing decisions.
- Create and edit multimedia content, including videos and animations, to enhance brand storytelling.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and design assets, making data-driven improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and tools to continuously innovate and improve design and marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Marketing Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and analytics.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing principles, and visual communication.
