Join Arkadia Works as an Interior Project Manager in the vibrant heart of Bali, where creativity meets precision in luxury residential and commercial design. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle—from initial client consultations and detailed Bill of Quantity (BQ) preparation to on-site coordination and final handover. Your expertise in managing timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships will be critical in delivering exceptional spaces that reflect our commitment to innovation and elegance.
Based in Canggu, you’ll collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors in one of Southeast Asia’s most inspiring design hubs. Whether it’s a boutique villa in Ubud or a cutting-edge commercial space in Seminyak, your leadership will shape spaces that leave a lasting impression.
Responsibility
- Develop and manage detailed Bill of Quantities (BQ) for interior projects, ensuring accuracy in material specifications, costs, and timelines.
- Lead end-to-end project execution, from client briefings and design conceptualization to final installation and handover.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with design intent, budget, and schedule.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with design plans, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial updates, and client deliverables in a clear and professional manner.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and optimal terms.
- Foster strong client relationships through transparent communication and proactive problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior project management, preferably in luxury residential or commercial sectors.
- Proven expertise in BQ preparation, cost estimation, and budget management for high-end projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design software, as well as project management tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and client expectations.
- Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and local building codes in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and creative integrity.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
