Responsibility
- Assist senior architects in developing conceptual designs, sketches, and 3D models using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
- Prepare draft drawings, renderings, and presentation materials for client meetings and internal reviews.
- Conduct site visits and field measurements to support project documentation and feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine design details, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
- Research sustainable materials and innovative design trends to incorporate into project proposals.
- Organize and maintain project files, including digital libraries of materials, textures, and references.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas for spatial layouts, aesthetics, and functionality.
- Assist in preparing construction documents and specifications under supervision.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong hand-sketching and visualization skills to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Basic understanding of building codes, construction methods, and sustainable design principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Portfolio showcasing academic or personal design projects (required for application).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
