Responsibility
- Design and produce visually stunning multimedia content, including digital ads, social media graphics, infographics, and branding materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing strategists, copywriters, and digital specialists, to align visual content with campaign objectives.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all client deliverables.
- Create interactive and engaging content for digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and social media.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to enhance creative output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
- Present design concepts and ideas to clients and internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine final outputs.
- Optimize designs for various platforms, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility across devices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Artist or Multimedia Designer, preferably in a marketing agency or creative studio.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and Canva.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of multimedia and branding projects.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and interactive design is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and incorporate feedback.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
