Responsibility
- Provide expert design consultation to clients, guiding them in selecting premium tiles and bathroom solutions.
- Develop customized design proposals tailored to client needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and interior designers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and innovative design techniques.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the quality and versatility of our offerings.
- Manage client relationships from initial consultation to project completion, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Assist in the preparation of quotes, orders, and project timelines.
- Participate in local design events and exhibitions to promote Home Creative Lab’s brand and products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in design consultation, sales, or customer service within the home improvement industry.
- Strong knowledge of tile materials, bathroom fixtures, and design principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for design, creativity, and a keen eye for detail.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
