Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models using Revit software.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure accurate and efficient design processes.
- Create and manage construction documents, including plans, sections, and elevations.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues within the BIM model.
- Assist in the preparation of project presentations and client meetings.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends.
- Provide training and support to team members on Revit and BIM best practices.
- Ensure compliance with project standards and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience working with Revit in a professional setting.
- Strong understanding of BIM processes and workflows.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Experience with international projects is a plus.
