Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all architectural aspects of residential and commercial projects from inception to handover.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Project Owner, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with design vision and budget.
- Develop and refine architectural plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with local building codes and international standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects to integrate structural, MEP, and aesthetic elements seamlessly.
- Prepare and present design proposals, feasibility studies, and cost estimates to clients and investors.
- Ensure timely project delivery by managing schedules, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Incorporate sustainable and eco-friendly design principles to align with Bali’s commitment to environmental stewardship.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; licensed architect preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a portfolio showcasing luxury residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and BIM software.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local/regional building regulations.
- Experience working in Southeast Asia or tropical climates is a plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and creativity.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
