Responsibility
- Assist in analyzing and optimizing warehouse layouts, workflows, and inventory systems to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Support the implementation of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions for supply chain challenges, including demand forecasting and capacity planning.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects, from ideation to execution, under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Conduct time-motion studies and productivity analyses to identify bottlenecks and propose actionable improvements.
- Assist in the deployment of automation and digital tools (e.g., WMS, TMS) to enhance supply chain visibility and control.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project progress to stakeholders.
- Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards in all operational activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (recent graduates preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for process improvement and operational excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of lean principles, 5S, or Kaizen methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Prior internship or project experience in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work permit assistance provided for eligible candidates).
