Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of TVET programs and workshops in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for TVET-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Support the development of training materials, curricula, and assessment tools for TVET initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the progress and impact of TVET programs, including participant feedback and outcome metrics.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venue booking, participant registration, and resource allocation.
- Liaise with educational institutions, government agencies, and industry partners to align TVET efforts with market needs.
- Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting for TVET projects.
- Contribute to HR administrative tasks, including documentation, data entry, and compliance checks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in HR or training is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with HRIS or LMS platforms.
- Passion for education, skill development, and community empowerment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training sessions or stakeholder meetings.
