Responsibility
- Manage and organize official documents, correspondence, and records in compliance with government protocols.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and administrative data for government submissions.
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) to ensure easy retrieval of critical information.
- Liaise with other departments, agencies, and the public to facilitate seamless operations.
- Process and track administrative requests, permits, or applications as required by the role.
- Support the onboarding of new staff by coordinating training schedules and providing orientation materials.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within a government or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with document management systems.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to task completion.
- Willingness to adapt to government-specific procedures and compliance requirements.
